Detached three-bay two-storey house, post-1917, on a T-shaped plan with single-bay (two-bay deep) two-storey central return (east). Renovated. Hipped slate roof on a T-shaped plan with roll moulded clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having "Cavetto"-detailed corbelled stepped stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on consoles. Part creeper-covered rendered walls (ground floor) on rendered plinth; gritdashed roughcast surface finish (first floor) with rendered strips to corners supporting indented rendered band to eaves. Segmental-headed central door opening with moulded rendered surround framing replacement timber panelled door having sidelights on panelled risers below fanlight. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and moulded rendered surrounds framing replacement one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Set in landscaped grounds with rendered piers to perimeter having capping supporting wrought iron gate.
