Freestanding single-bay three-stage cylindrical windmill tower, extant 1838, on a circular plan. In ruins, 1925. Roof now missing. Coursed rubble limestone walls retaining fragments of lime rendered or roughcast surface finish with Irish battlemented parapet. Square-headed opposing door openings with hammered limestone lintels supporting hammered or squared limestone voussoirs. Square-headed window openings (upper stages) with hammered limestone lintels supporting hammered or squared limestone voussoirs. Set in unkempt grounds shared with Newbrook House.
