Gateway, extant 1894, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of drag edged rusticated limestone ashlar piers on cushion courses on drag edged tooled cut-limestone plinths having pyramidal capping supporting cast-iron double gates with drag edged rusticated limestone ashlar outer piers having cut-limestone pyramidal capping supporting cast-iron railings. Road fronted at entrance to grounds of Bridgemount House.
