Detached four-bay single-storey direct entry thatched farmhouse with dormer attic, extant 1838, originally attached. Extensively renovated, 1998. Replacement pitched Turkish reed thatch roof with chicken wire-covered exposed steel lattice stretchers to raised ridge having blind scallops, cement rendered chimney stack supporting terracotta pot, and concrete or rendered coping to gables. Replacement cement rendered battered walls. Square-headed window openings with shallow sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement timber casement windows. Square-headed opposing door openings with concealed dressings framing replacement glazed timber boarded or tongue-and-groove timber panelled half-doors. Set in landscaped grounds on a corner site with dry stone boundary wall to perimeter.
