Detached five-bay two-storey farmhouse, extant 1896, on a rectangular plan with shopfront to right ground floor. Pitched slate roof with roll moulded clay ridge tiles terminating in rendered chimney stacks having chamfered capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on exposed timber rafters retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered walls with rusticated rendered piers to corners. Square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills[?], and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Rendered shopfront to right ground floor originally on a symmetrical plan. Road fronted on a corner site with tarmacadam verge to front.
