Detached four-bay single-storey direct entry thatched house with dormer attic, extant 1917, with single-bay single-storey lean-to outshot (north-east). In ruins, 2000. "Restored", 2005. For sale, 2012. Pitched Turkish reed thatch roof with exposed stretchers to decorative raised ridge having blind scallops, dwarf chimney stack having stringcourse below capping supporting terracotta pot, and concrete coping to gables. Limewashed battered walls with rough hewn limestone flush quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Square-headed opposing door openings with concealed dressings framing timber boarded doors. Interior including kitchen retaining hearth, timber boarded opposing door, and timber boarded vaulted ceiling. Set in unkempt grounds.
