What is recorded here

Detached five-bay single-storey farmhouse, extant 1838, on a rectangular plan. Occupied, 1901. Vacant, 1911. Pitched slate roof with ridge tiles, concrete or rendered coping to gables with rendered chimney stacks to apexes having stringcourses below capping supporting yellow terracotta octagonal pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves with cast-iron downpipes. Rendered walls bellcast on rendered plinth. Hipped square-headed central door opening with rendered surround framing replacement glazed uPVC panelled door having sidelights. Square-headed window openings with sills, and rendered surrounds framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with rock faced limestone ashlar piers to perimeter having shallow pyramidal capping supporting wrought iron-detailed flat iron "farm gate".
