Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, post-1916, on a rectangular plan. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and no rainwater goods surviving on rendered eaves with cast-iron rainwater goods to rear (south) elevation retaining cast-iron downpipe. Rendered wall (ground floor) on rendered chamfered plinth with rusticated rendered piers to ends; roughcast surface finish (first floor) with rendered strips to ends supporting rendered band to eaves; rendered, ruled and lined surface finish (remainder). Square-headed central door opening with rendered "lugged" surround framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and rendered "lugged" surrounds framing one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Square-headed window openings to rear (south) elevation with concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Road fronted.
