Remains of freestanding single-bay two-stage signal tower, built 1804-6, on a square plan. In ruins, 1898. Remains of coursed rubble limestone walls on battered base with cut- or rough cut limestone flush quoins to corners. Outlines of paired square-headed window openings. Interior in ruins with camber-headed niches centred on camber-headed fireplace. Set in unkempt grounds on an elevated site with remains of boundary wall to perimeter.
