Rusticated rendered wall (ground floor); rendered surface finish (first floor). Square-headed central door opening with moulded rendered surround framing replacement timber panelled door. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills (ground floor) or concrete sill course (first floor), and moulded rendered surrounds framing one-over-one timber sash windows having exposed sash boxes. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
