Detached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1893, on a rectangular plan. Modified, 2005, to accommodate alternative use. Disused, 2013. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, paired cement rendered central chimney stacks having concrete capping, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on cut-limestone eaves. Part creeper- or ivy-covered repointed snecked limestone walls with tooled cut-limestone flush quoins to corners; part cement rendered surface finish to rear (north) elevation. Square-headed central door opening approached by three steps with cement rendered surround framing replacement glazed timber panelled door. Square-headed window openings including one square-headed window opening in bipartite arrangement (ground floor) with drag edged dragged cut-limestone sills, and tooled cut-limestone voussoirs (ground floor) or tooled cut-limestone lintels (first floor) framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central entrance hall retaining timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled reveals or shutters to window openings. Set back from line of street with rendered piers to perimeter having pyramidal capping supporting iron gate.
