Detached three-bay two-storey parochial house, under construction 1893; completed 1894; occupied 1901, on a rectangular plan with two-bay two-storey side elevations. Extensively renovated. Replacement hipped artificial slate roof with clay ridge tiles, cement rendered off-central chimney stack having concrete stepped capping supporting terracotta pot, and uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on slightly overhanging box eaves retaining cast-iron octagonal or ogee hoppers and downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with rusticated rendered quoins to corners. Square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing replacement glazed uPVC panelled door having sidelights on panelled risers below overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills[?], and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing one-over-one timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds shared with Saint Patrick's Catholic Church with cast-iron railings to "cottage garden".
