Detached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1950[?], on a rectangular plan with two-bay two-storey side elevations. Hipped slate roof with perforated crested terracotta ridge tiles extending into lichen-covered terracotta ridge tiles, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on box eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Gritdashed roughcast walls on rendered plinth with rendered "bas-relief" strips to corners supporting rendered band to eaves. Square-headed central door opening with timber mullions on concrete step threshold supporting timber transom, and concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having sidelights on panelled risers below overlight. Square-headed window openings in tripartite arrangement with concrete sills, timber mullions, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows having one-over-one sidelights. Set back from line of road in landscaped grounds with rendered panelled piers to perimeter having chamfered capping supporting arrow head-detailed wrought iron gate.
