Replacement pitched artificial slate roof with ridge tiles terminating in cement rendered chimney stacks having stepped capping, and uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on rendered eaves. Replacement gritdashed roughcast walls on rendered plinth with rendered "bas-relief" strips to ends. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills[?], and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front having cut-limestone kerbing.
