Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles centred on rendered chimney stack having concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered cut-limestone eaves. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with rusticated rendered quoins to end. Square-headed central door opening with drag edged tooled cut-limestone step threshold, and drag edged tooled cut-limestone block-and-start surround centred on keystone framing timber panelled door. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and rendered "bas-relief" block-and-start surrounds framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front having cut-limestone kerbing.
