Terraced two-bay two-storey house, extant 1838[?]. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles terminating in rendered chimney stacks having concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Roughcast walls on rendered plinth with rendered "bas-relief" strips to ends. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills[?], and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
