Replacement pitched slate roof with ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having stepped capping supporting yellow terracotta tapered pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Rendered, ruled and lined battered walls. Square-headed off-central door opening with concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings including square-headed window opening in outline of camber-headed carriageway with drag edged cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
