Detached three-bay two-storey townhouse, extant 1897, on a symmetrical plan. Reroofed. Replacement pitched artificial slate roof with courses of fish scale-profile artificial slate, ridge tiles terminating in rendered chimney stacks having corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on rendered eaves retaining some cast-iron octagonal or ogee hoppers and downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with bull nose-detailed rendered panelled quoins to ends. Segmental-headed central door opening approached by two concrete steps with moulded rendered surround framing timber panelled door having overlight. Round-headed flanking window openings with moulded rendered surrounds framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings centred on paired round-headed window openings (first floor) with sill courses, and moulded rendered surrounds framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
