Attached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1838. Reroofed. In alternative use, 2008. For sale, 2011. Now disused. Replacement pitched artificial slate roof with ridge tiles terminating in rendered chimney stacks having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta octagonal pots, and uPVC rainwater goods on rendered cut-limestone eaves. Rendered, ruled and lined walls on rendered plinth. Square-headed central door opening with scored cut-limestone step threshold, and drag edged rusticated cut-limestone surround centred on keystone below "Cavetto"-detailed cornice framing replacement timber panelled door having stained glass overlight. Square-headed window openings with drag edged dragged cut-limestone sills, and moulded rendered surrounds having bull nose-detailed reveals framing one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
