Pitched slate roof with pressed iron-covered clay ridge tiles, rendered off-central chimney stack having chevron- or saw tooth-detailed corbelled stepped capping supporting yellow terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron hopper and downpipes. Rendered walls with rendered quoins to ends. Square-headed window openings with drag edged dragged cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Interior retaining timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Road fronted with rendered boundary wall to perimeter having concrete coping.
