Detached single- or three-bay double-height crow stepped gable-fronted single-cell commercial building, extant 1926, on a rectangular plan with shopfront. Pitched (gable-fronted) corrugated-iron roof behind parapet with pressed or rolled iron ridge. Rendered wall to front (east) elevation on rendered plinth with rusticated rendered quoins to corners supporting rendered crow stepped parapet on "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed cornice; corrugated-iron surface finish (remainder). Rendered shopfront on a symmetrical plan. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
