Single-cell boathouse built c.1860, with man-made waterway leading from boathouse to lake. Pitched decorative slate roof with cast-iron cresting and finials, timber bargeboards and timber battened gable. Random course stone walls with openings to front and rear. Stone steps lead to stone parapet running along waterway.
