Detached two-bay single-storey with attic former railway house, built c.1860, with lean-to entrance porch to south. No longer in use. Pitched slate roof with ashlar chimneystacks and bracketed eaves. Painted cut limestone walls. Timber sash windows and stone sills. Replacement timber and glazing door. Enclosed yard to rear of site with sheds. Positioned at a former level crossing on the Sligo, Leitrim & Northern Counties Railway line.
