Detached gable-fronted cruciform Roman Catholic church, built in 1846. Two-bay nave, single-bay transepts and two-bay chancel. Single-storey extension to chancel and south transept. Pitched slate roof with ridge cresting tiles and stone cross finials. Pebbledashed walls with cut stone window and door surrounds. Lancet windows with stained glass. Timber battened door in pointed-arch opening surmounted by stained glass tympanum. Timber pews and organ gallery. Altar to east set within niche. Grave markers and cast-iron bell to graveyard. Site is bounded by rendered wall.
