Detached single-bay single-storey vernacular outbuilding, built c.1920, having loft to east end. Possibly formerly dwelling house. Pitched roof with crow-step gables and roped rye straw thatched roof. Rubble limestone walls with square-headed openings, with timber battened door, openings having limestone lintels. Set back from road with garden to front bounded by rubble limestone walls.
