Detached single-bay single-storey outbuilding, erected c.1860, being surviving west bay of four-bay single-storey house. Pitched roof having roped rye thatch. Rubble limestone walls with door opening to front, north-east, wall, having timber battened door. Rubble limestone chimneystack to east gable formerly serving fireplace to east side of gable. Approached by narrow lane.
