Former entrance gates to Garbally to west of gate lodge, erected c.1860, consisting of ornate cast-iron double-leaf gate set to carved limestone piers with dentillated flat capstones and decorative panels on plinths, flanked by matching cast-iron railings on similar plinths, in turn flanked by matching piers, and matching cast-iron railings on cut limestone plinth walls with copings and plinths. Terminating carved limestone piers with vermiculated channelled rustication. Located to north of Garbally Demesne and to west of Ballinasloe town.
