Detached four-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1800, having recent uPVC porch to front elevation. Pitched reed thatched roof having decoratively scolloped ridge, and painted rendered low chimneystack. Painted smooth rendered walls throughout. Square-headed window openings having decorative render surrounds and painted sills with replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed door opening having timber battened door. Recent pedestrian gate set into painted rendered boundary wall and piers.
