Pitched reed thatched roof having decoratively scolloped ridge, and painted rendered low chimneystack. Painted smooth rendered walls throughout. Square-headed window openings having decorative render surrounds and painted sills with replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed door opening having timber battened door. Recent pedestrian gate set into painted rendered boundary wall and piers.
