Detached four-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1800, having single-storey extensions to rear. Pitched reed thatched roof with blocked ridge, two low rendered chimneystacks, and with rendered and painted copings to gables. Rendered and painted walls, having rendered plinth to front and rear. Square-headed openings with timber casement windows and painted stone sills. Square-headed eight-panelled timber entrance door. House set below road level, with lime-rendered boundary wall, rendered gate piers and metal gates, boundary curving to vehicular gates at south. Planting to front, garden to side and rear.
