Detached four-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1800, having flat-roofed windbreak entrance, and flat-roofed addition to rear. Hipped thatched roof with slightly raised ridge, and rendered chimneystack. Whitewashed walls with slight batter, channelled decoration at top of wall under eaves. Square-headed possibly original-size one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with painted sills and square-headed glazed timber door. Yard to front and rear, having recent rubble limestone boundary walls and double-leaf timber gates.
