Detached single-bay gable fronted partially submerged boathouse, built c.1860. Pitched replacement slate roof with clay ridge-tiles. Rubble-stone walls. Square-headed door opening to front elevation with wrought-iron gate and rubble stone stepped approach. Spaced battened timber boarding to rear elevation over entrance to lake. Rubble-stone pathway to interior of south-west side elevation.
