Detached L-plan three-bay two-storey house, built c.1905, having shallow breakfront fronted by later flat-roofed porch, and four-over-three-bay east, garden, elevation having two single-storey canted bay windows and west having one. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Cement-rendered walls with render quoins. Square-headed one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows throughout, bay windows having heavy cement cornices and blocking courses, with tooled limestone sills. Square-headed doorway to porch with glazed timber door having sidelights and overlights.
