Fresstanding mill comprising three-bay two-storey block at west, built c.1780, slightly higher three-bay three-storey block of c.1830 to east, latter having three-storey return with attic. Mass concrete lean-to structure to centre of façade. Pitched roofs, roofless to west block and remains of slated roof to east block. Rendered walls to front, and squared limestone blocks elsewhere. Half-moon window above first floor of west block. Weir on river and mill race leads to wheel pit at east end of structure.
