Detached multiple-bay three-storey L-plan watermill with attic storey, main block built c.1775 and later built c.1825. Pitched roof, now lacking timbering and covering, and partly ruinous. Earlier block has walls of coursed rubble limestone, and later block has less rough stonework. Square or slightly cambered heads to openings, lacking fittings. Segmental vehicular arch to west elevation of later block. Mill race and wheel pit not visible. External limestone staircase to west gable of earlier block.
