Detached four-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1800, having return to rear. Pitched recently thatched reed roof with raised ridge, render copings to gables, and low rendered chimneystack to ridge and second to rear of return. Roughcast rendered wall to front with smooth rendered plinth and gables. Square-headed door opening with channelled render surround and timber half-door. Square-headed replacement uPVC windows. Garden to front bounded by rubble limestone wall.
