Freestanding single-bay single-storey mausoleum, built 1906, on a rectangular plan. Moss-covered shallow hipped roof on moulded rendered cornice. Rendered walls with rendered quoins to corners supporting moulded rendered cornice. Camber-headed window openings with rendered sills, and moulded rendered surrounds centred on pebble-encrusted panelled keystones framing fixed-pane fittings having cast-iron lattice glazing bars. Set back from line of road on a corner site.
