Farmyard complex, c.1850, about a courtyard comprising:(i) Detached five-bay single-storey farmhouse with single-bay single-storey entrance breakfront, and two-bay single-storey side elevations. Undergoing extensive renovation, 2003. Hipped roof with replacement slate, 2003, clay ridge tiles, replacement cement rendered chimney stack, 2003, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, 2003, on overhanging eaves having consoles. Random rubble stone walls (probably originally rendered with render removed, 2003). Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and replacement timber casement windows, 2003. Elliptical-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door, 2003, and spoked fanlight.(ii) Detached three-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding with attic with elliptical-headed carriageways. Renovated, c.1975, with one carriageway remodelled. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and remains of cast-iron rainwater goods. Random rubble stone walls with lime mortar. One elliptical-headed carriageway remodelled, c.1975, with rubble stone voussoirs, and replacement concrete block wall, c.1975, inserted having aperture. Remainder of carriageways not visible behind replacement iron-sheeted sliding doors, c.1975. Square-headed door opening to first floor side elevation with timber lintel, and timber boarded door.(iii) Detached five-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding retaining original aspect. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, cut-stone chimney stack, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls with lime mortar. Square-headed slit-style window openings with iron grille panels. Square-headed window opening with stone sill, and 2/2 timber sash window. Square-headed door openings with timber lintels supporting rubble stone voussoirs, and timber boarded doors.
