Detached five-bay single-storey thatched farmhouse with dormer attic, c.1840, possibly originally three-bay single-storey. Extensively renovated, c.1990. Hipped roof with reed thatch having rope work to ridge, and rendered chimney stack. Unpainted replacement roughcast walls, c.1990. Square-headed window openings with replacement concrete sills, c.1990, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1990. Square-headed door opening with replacement tongue-and-groove timber panelled half-door, c.1990. Set back from road in own grounds with concrete forecourt. (ii) Detached five-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding, c.1890, perpendicular to north with three-bay single-storey recessed lower range to left (south-west). Pitched slate roofs with red clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods. Limewashed lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed slit-style window openings with no fittings. Square-headed door openings with timber lintels, timber boarded doors with some door openings having wrought iron gates. Section of limewashed lime rendered wall to front of recessed range to left (south-west). (iii) Detached five-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding with attic, c.1890, perpendicular to south with square-headed carriageway. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods on rendered squared rubble stone eaves. Limewashed lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings with no sills, timber lintels, and timber fittings. Some square-headed slit-style window openings with no fittings. Square-headed door openings with timber lintels, and timber boarded doors. Square-headed carriageway with timber lintel, and timber boarded double doors. (iv) Detached two-bay single-storey outbuilding, c.1915, to south-east with square-headed carriageway. Pitched painted corrugated-iron roof with iron ridge tiles, and iron coping. Painted concrete block walls with timber panelled section to gable to side (north-west) elevation). Square-headed window opening with no sill, and louvered timber panel fitting. Square-headed carriageway with timber boarded double doors.
