Farmyard complex, c.1850, comprising (anti-clockwise):(i) Detached two-bay two-storey lodge retaining early fenestration with two-bay two-storey side elevations. Now disused. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack, and no rainwater goods surviving on rendered squared rubble stone eaves. Unpainted roughcast walls over random rubble stone construction. Round-headed window opening to front (west) elevation with stone sill, rendered surround, and fixed-pane timber window. Square-headed window openings to remainder with stone sills. 1/1 and 6/6 timber sash windows. Round-headed door opening to front (west) elevation with rendered surround, and tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Square-headed door opening to side (north) elevation with fitting not discernible.(ii) Attached single-bay two-storey rubble stone outbuilding east. Now in ruins. Pitched roof now gone with no rainwater goods surviving on squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls with remains of lime render over. Square-headed window opening with no sill, and fittings now missing. Square-headed door opening with timber lintel, and fitting now missing.(iii) Detached three-bay two-storey rubble stone outbuilding to east. Now in ruins. Pitched roof now gone with no rainwater goods surviving on squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls with remains of lime render over. Square-headed window openings with no sills, and no fittings remaining. Square-headed door opening (including to first floor) with timber lintels, and no fittings remaining.(iv) Attached two-bay single-storey lean-to rubble stone outbuilding to west. Reroofed, c.2000. Lean-to roof with replacement corrugated-iron, c.2000, concrete ridge and coping, and no rainwater goods. Random rubble stone walls with remains of lime render over. Square-headed door opening to first floor side (north) elevation with timber lintel, and timber boarded door.(v) Detached six-bay two-storey rubble stone outbuilding to west with square-headed carriageway to ground floor. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, timber eaves to gable on timber consoles, and no rainwater goods on cut-stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls with lime mortar. Square-headed window opening with no sill, and no fittings. Square-headed slit-style window openings to first floor with no fittings. Square-headed door opening (one round-headed door opening to right ground floor) with rubble stone voussoirs, and timber boarded doors. Square-headed carriageway with fittings not discernible.(vi) Detached four-bay single-storey lean-to outbuilding, c.1925, to north-west with series of four square-headed openings forming open front. Now disused. Lean-to corrugated-iron roof on timber construction. Random rubble stone wall to rear (north) elevation with lime mortar. Series of square-headed openings forming open front with timber posts.(vii) Detached two-bay single-storey gable-fronted rubble stone outbuilding with half-attic to north-west. Reroofed, c.1975. Now disused. Pitched (gable-fronted) roof with replacement corrugated-iron, c.1975, iron ridge tiles, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods. Random rubble stone walls with remains of render over, and section of red brick irregular bond to gable. Square-headed window opening with no sill, red brick dressings including ‘voussoirs’, and remains of timber fittings. Square-headed door opening with red brick dressings including ‘voussoirs’, and remains of timber fittings.(viii) Detached three-bay two-storey outbuilding to north with single-bay two-storey breakfront, and square-headed carriageway to right ground floor. Now disused. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and no rainwater goods on rendered squared rubble stone eaves. Unpainted lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings with no sills, timber lintels (red brick ‘voussoirs’ to first floor breakfront), and remains of timber boarded panel fittings. Square-headed door openings with remains of timber fittings including overlights. Square-headed carriageway with timber lintel, and remains of timber boarded double doors.(ix) Walled garden to north with random rubble stone boundary wall having lime mortar, and gateway comprising pair of rubble stone advanced piers flanking segmental-headed opening with red brick ‘voussoirs’, and random rubble stone parapet over.
