Detached four-bay single-storey thatched cottage, c.1800, retaining early fenestration. Hipped roof with reed thatch having rope work to ridge, and red brick Running bond squat chimney stack. Limewashed lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction with slight batter. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. 4/4 and 6/6 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber boarded half-door. Set in own grounds perpendicular to road with forecourt having random rubble stone boundary wall to perimeter of site with limewashed lime rendered rubble stone piers having wrought iron double gates, and side (north-east) elevation fronting on to road. (ii) Detached single-bay single-storey gable-fronted outbuilding, c.1925, to south-east. Pitched (gable-fronted) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and no rainwater goods on rendered squared rubble stone eaves. Limewashed lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed door opening with timber boarded door.
