Semi-detached two-bay single-storey estate worker’s house with dormer attic, c.1840, retaining early fenestration. Renovated, c.1965. Now in private residential use. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) slate roof with tarred felt, c.1965, over, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, square rooflight, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door, c.1965. Set back from line of road in shared grounds with random rubble stone boundary wall to perimeter of site having pair of piers with cut-stone capping, and wrought iron gate.
