Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1880, with single-bay single-storey gabled projecting porch to centre, single-bay single-storey gabled advanced end bay to left having single-bay single-storey canted bay window to ground floor, and single-bay single-storey side elevations. Extended, c.1930, comprising single-bay single-storey lean-to return to east. Refenestrated, c.1980. Pitched slate roof on an L-shaped plan (gabled to porch; half-polygonal to canted bay window; lean-to to return) with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, timber bargeboards, and cast-iron rainwater goods on cut-limestone eaves. Broken coursed tooled squared limestone walls. Unpainted rendered walls to return. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and hood mouldings over. Replacement timber casement windows, c.1980. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1980, sidelight on timber panel, and replacement tongue-and-groove timber panelling, c.1980, over to gable. Set back from road in grounds shared with Tourin House.
