Part refenestrated, c.1990. Hipped roof with reed thatch having rope work to ridge, and red brick Running bond squat chimney stack. Flat concrete roof to porch. Unpainted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, and rendered surrounds. 2/2 timber sash windows with some replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1990. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door, c.1990. Set back from road in own grounds with forecourt. (ii) Detached three-bay single-storey outbuilding, c.1940, to east with square-headed carriageway to left. Pitched roof with corrugated-asbestos, concrete ridge tiles, rendered coping, and aluminium rainwater goods. Unpainted rendered walls. Square-headed slit-style window openings with fittings not visible. Square-headed door openings with timber doors. Square-headed carriageway with timber double doors. (iii) Detached single-bay single-storey outbuilding with attic, c.1915, to south. Pitched roof with corrugated-iron, iron ridge tiles, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods. Unpainted rendered walls. Square-headed window opening with no sill, and fixed-pane timber window. (iv) Detached single-bay single-storey outbuilding, c.1890, to east. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods. Unpainted rendered walls. Square-headed door opening with replacement iron door, c.1965.
