Terraced five-bay two-storey rubble stone boarding house, c.1850, retaining original aspect. Hipped slate roof with clay and rolled lead ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Broken coursed squared rubble red sandstone walls. Square-headed window openings in bipartite arrangement with rendered sills, rendered surrounds, and 4/4 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with cut-limestone step, cut-limestone surround having entablature over on consoles, and tongue-and-groove timber panelled door having overlight. Set back from line of road with hedge boundary to front.
