Workers' houses, extant 1904, including (west): Attached four-bay two-storey house on a rectangular plan. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered dwarf chimney stacks having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta octagonal pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards. Part creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble stone walls with flush quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and red brick block-and-start surrounds framing six-over-six timber sash windows. Segmental-headed door opening (east) with cut-limestone step threshold, and red brick voussoirs framing timber panelled door having fanlight; (east): Attached three-bay two-storey house on an L-shaped plan with three-bay two-storey side (east) elevation. Hipped slate roof on an L-shaped plan with clay ridge tiles, rendered dwarf chimney stacks having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta octagonal pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards. Part creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble stone walls with flush quoins to corners.
