Detached five-bay single-storey thatched farmhouse with dormer attic, extant 1841, on a rectangular plan. Occupied, 1901; 1911. Hipped thatch roof overhanging lean-to roofs to window openings to dormer attic (west) with exposed lattice stretchers to raised ridge having exposed scallops, red brick Running bond chimney stacks having stepped capping, and blind stretchers to eaves having blind scallops. Roughcast battered walls. Square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing timber boarded door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with concrete or rendered sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes or timber casement windows behind wrought iron bars (dormer attic). Square-headed window openings to rear (north) elevation with concrete or rendered sills, and concealed dressings framing six-over-six (west) or two-over-two (east) timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Set in own grounds.
