Detached five-bay single-storey farmhouse with dormer attic, c.1850, retaining original fenestration. Renovated, c.2000, with dormer attic added. Hipped gabled slate roof with clay ridge tiles, cut-stone chimney stacks, square rooflights, c.2000, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, rendered surrounds, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with rendered surround, timber panelled door and overlight. Set back from road in own grounds with forecourt. (ii) Detached four-bay two-storey rubble stone outbuilding, c.1850, to south-east with single-bay single-storey end bay to left (south) having square-headed carriageway. Pitched slate roofs with clay ridge tiles, and no rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls with squared rubble stone quoins to ends. Square-headed window openings with no sills, timber lintels, and remains of timber fittings. Square-headed door openings (including to first floor side (north) elevation approached by flight of eleven stone steps on round arch with squared stone voussoirs) with cut-stone lintels, and remains of timber boarded doors. Square-headed carriageway to end bay partly collapsed with lintel, and no fittings. (iii) Detached single-bay single-storey gable-fronted rubble stone outbuilding with attic, c.1850, to west with square-headed carriageway, and single-bay single-storey side elevations. Pitched (gable-fronted) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and no rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls with squared rubble stone quoins to corners. Square-headed slit-style window openings with no fittings. Square-headed carriageway with lintel, squared rubble stone voussoirs over forming elliptical relieving arch, and no fittings. (iv) Detached three-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding, c.1850, to east with single-bay single-storey lower end bay to left (west), and single-bay single-storey recessed end bay to right (east). Now in ruins. Pitched slate roofs (missing to main block) with clay ridge tiles, and remains of cast-iron rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls (partly collapsed to main block). Square-headed slit-style window openings with no fittings. Square-headed door opening with remains of timber fittings. (v) Detached two-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding, c.1850, to east with pair of square-headed carriageways. Now in ruins. Pitched roof now missing with no trace of rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls with lime mortar, and rubble stone buttress. Square-headed carriageways with lintels, and no fittings.
