Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge with dormer attic, c.1850, retaining some early fenestration with single-bay single-storey gabled advanced porch to centre. Extensively renovated, c.2000. Pitched roof (gabled to porch) with replacement artificial slate, c.2000, red clay ridge tiles, painted red brick Running bond chimney stack, decorative timber detailing to gable to porch, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.2000, on timber eaves. Unpainted replacement roughcast walls, c.2000, over engaged columns to end bays, and with panelled piers to ends. Painted rendered walls to porch with roughcast panels to piers, stepped cornice, archivolt, and stepped surround to gable. Square-headed window openings (in bipartite arrangement to end bays in square-headed recesses) with stone sills, and timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete verge to front.
