Terraced three-bay single-storey local authority house, c.1900, retaining original fenestration. Reroofed, pre-1999. One of a terrace of twenty-eight. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, pre-1999, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings (in bipartite arrangement to left) with stone sills, and 1/1 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement tongue-and-groove timber panelled door, pre-1999. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
