End-of-terrace single-bay two-storey house, c.1900, on a corner site retaining original fenestration with single-bay single-storey lean-to return to west. Reroofed, c.1975. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) roof (lean-to to return) with replacement artificial slate, c.1975, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, pre-1999. Road fronted on a corner site with concrete footpath to front.
